SSHSince I am a bit retentive about asking my users to use SSH, I thought that I should really put a few pointers on where to get it.
Unix ClientsMost UNIX machines now come with ssh clients. Here are a few links, just in case you are unlucky enough to find a UNIX machine which does not have ssh already:
Windows ClientsI haven't tried these out recently, so I can't provide decent install instructions but:
Mac ClientsIf you have MacOS X, then you probably have SSH. If you are on OS 9 or before, then I don't have any advice for you off the top of my head. If someone works this one out, please send me an email and I'll put the links up here.
Java ClientNote: This method is deprecated, since Java requires that you ssh into the same server as that from which you retrieved the client. This server no longer accepts users. Please install one of the Windows clients, which I shall try to test out in the near future. You may be able to get this to work by disabling some of your Java security settings.
Your mileage may vary, but this may give you the ability to ssh into Imrryr.ORG...
